also this year we use the winter months for further renovation and improvement measures, so that our „old“ finca can start in new gloss into the season 2010. But no fears, the modernization serves only the purpose to create more comfort and cosiness. Simultaneously in the course of renovation we do our very best to emphasize even more the charm of the old walls.
There are carried out the following alterations in 2010:

This year the rooms in the main house will be completely renovated and decorated in a cosy finca style. All bathrooms will be integrated, rebuilded and newly equipped.

All rooms in that building part have been upgraded by the installation of air conditioning systems.

One of the double rooms upstairs has been extended and transformed into a family room with a further bedroom and an additional bath.

Another double room has been considerably enlarged by connecting it with the former single room next door.

Also the entrance hall and the reception have been renovated and redesigned with some special items.

The Suite 2 floors has now its own cosy terrace.

Die Suite über 2 Etagen verfügt nun über eine eigene gemütliche Terrasse nach hinten heraus.

Last but not least there are some really good news for all sport enthusiasts:
Due to the great sport events like the Football World Cup and the Formula-one racing with the comeback of Michael Schuhmacher we have equipped the entrance hall with a large flat screen.
All these alterations will be completed till the end of February,
i.e. before the start of the season.
We are looking forward to see again all the guests, who remain
faithful to the La Colina just like we hope to welcome many new
guests in 2010.
